Regal Metal, established in 1998, is a modern enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of deep-processed products such as primary magnesium ingots, magnesium alloys, aluminum alloys, aluminum/magnesium alloy extrusion forming and aluminum/magnesium alloy strip rolling, etc., which are mainly applied to the sectors including aviation, aerospace, automotive, 3C and rail transit. Regal Metal is headquartered in Wenxi County, Shanxi Province - a national base of electrolytic aluminum, coal and dolomite ore. The county adjacent to Daxi HSR, Dayun Expressway and Zhangxiao Airport has abundant resources and convenient transport conditions. With the development in the past 20+ years, the company has developed into a large-scale enterprise with mature management team, abundant capacity design, complete production equipment, rich product variety, excellent product quality, smooth supply chain and multi-directional development potential. By the end of 2022, the company covers an area of over 200,000 square meters, with built production capacity of more than 400,000 tons, including 80,000 tons of magnesium alloy and primary magnesium, and 320,000 tons of aluminum alloy and deeply processedproducts.

    Initial technical innovation.

  • 2002

    Magnesium Alloy is authenticated by Meridian.

  • 2003

    Awarded the title of "Outstanding Supplier" by SAIC.

  • 2006

    Certified with IATF 16949.

  • 2007

    Rare earth magnesium alloy test implemented successfully.

  • 2008

     Second innovation of production line, achieve more than 60% energy saving.

  • 2009

    Passed the alloy sample test by TAKATA Japan.

  • 2010

    ISO 14001 environmental system and REACH certified and became a qualified supplier of Samsung and TWR.

  • 2011

    Successfully developed high temperature rare earth magnesium alloys with excellent creep resistance but low cost, filed patents for them.

  • 2013

    Authenticated by DGS and Autoliv.

    Provided batch heat treatment - free integrated die casting materials for the head car companies & Guangdong Regal was established.

    Certified as a qualified supplier by a well-known new energy vehicle manufacturer in China; carry out carbon footprint verification to push towards the goals of carbon dioxide peaking and carbon neutrality.
